Ethos represents a new concept of real estate management company, capable of optimizing resources to ensure maximum competitiveness of shopping centres.
Born in 2007 from the need of Conad Adriatico Soc. Coop. Arl, to manage its own shopping centres, in 2015 PAC2000A Soc. Coop also joined. acquiring 49% of the S.r.l. Ethos thus becomes the asset management company of the two cooperatives and their members, acquiring the experience to face the market and also manage third-party shopping centers.
The competence of our society is already inherent in the name: Ethos, "the place to live" but Aristotle broadens its meaning to include "competence" and "knowledge". Precisely those that Ethos implements every day in all its work.

We deal with Retail Management, specifically, property, piloting, marketing, merchandising mix, launch, management, marketing, control and analysis of the shopping centre, asset development, temporary leasing and facilities.
